slots in keyways. |

MULTI AXIS MILL
The
Multi Axis Mill features a rigid cast iron bed, dovetail
slide, and overarm assembly. The machine comes in two
working lengths of 60” (1524mm) and 80” (2032mm) with
an option to combine two bed lengths for a maximum bed
length of 140” (3556mm). |

DRILL
This rugged, lightweight, positive-feed drill is designed
for applications involving repetitive drilling and tapping.
Capable of being carried and used by one person, it consists
of a single main spindle assembly incorporating a drive

BORING & DRILLING MACHINES
The DEX series of drills are offered of two standard sizes,
featuring a two speed gearbox, automatic downfeed with
manual override, and drilling head that travels on a dovetail

VSPM
VALVE SEAT PARTING MACHINE
The
VSPM machine is designed to repair Parallel Gate valves
10'' (254mm) and above to specifically cut out or refurbish
existing seat rings. Machining is done in place, having
all controls accessible from the top of the valve.

TURNING MACHINE
The
Mid-Shaft Turning machine has a split ring drive design
that rotates and feeds the toolpost along linear rails.
Machines are offered to suit shaft diameters of 12''-18''
(305mm - 457mm) and 18''-26'' (457mm - 660mm) with a variety
of different shaft lengths. |

SILK
BANDSAW
Built
specifically for Nuclear Power Station decommissioning,
the Silk Bandsaw is designed to cut apart a reactor. Made
from stainless steel, the Bandsaw can be used completely
submerged in the reactor pool and features remote control
operation. |

SSR
The
SSR is designed to cut in half and profile machine weld
bevels in nuclear reactors having diameters up to 25ft
(7.5m) via a remote control panel. The machine can be
utilized fully submerged in the reactor pool and achieve
setup and working tolerances within .001'' (0.025mm).
A modification will allow the SSR to cut up the reactor
in sections via independent remote control operation.
